This handcrafted necklace is made from oxidized sterling silver, 14k rose gold and 18k yellow gold. The metalwork incorporates ajouré elements, with patterns cut directly into the metal. A hollow domed form is first created in sterling silver to allow for larger shapes while remaining lightweight.
The aquamarines and coral are bezel set in a custom, handmade bezel created specifically for the individual stone. Signature hand-cut notches are placed asymmetrically into each bezel as a distinctive design detail. The stones are fully surrounded by metal, creating a secure and stable setting.g.
