Where do you sell your work?

Other than this site, I sell my work in select galleries and at juried fine craft shows across the country. I also offer private jewelry trunk shows to established customers. Please visit the events link and see when I will be in your area. I would love to meet you!

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

You will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping unless you have specific instructions to rush or overnight the package. Then you will pay the additional delivery cost. I do not ship Internationally at this time.

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You are welcome to use the shopping cart feature with ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. I recommend sending a message first to confirm availability and possible customization of your jewelry purchase. Besides the secure shopping cart, I can also send you a secure PayPal or Square UP invoice, or take your card number over the phone. I accept all forms of payment, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. Is there an APP you prefer not on this list? Let me know and I will set it up to make it as EASY for you as possible. You can also mail a check or if you are in the Philadelphia area you may set up an appointment to visit the studio to pick up your piece and pay cash.

How long will delivery take?

If in stock, jewelry will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation. If the item is made-to-order or needs customization, send an email first to confirm creation time. Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry will promptly return your message with availability and shipping times. 

How will my purchase be shipped?

Your purchase will be shipped via FedEx ground, with signature required. When the item has shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number. If you have any questions or prefer another shipping method, just ask. Jewelry is packaged in black paper covered boxes, and shipped in a brown box for extra protection. All protective packing material are recycled either from packages we have received or crumpled up brown shopping bags. Doing what we can for the environment is important to us!!

How secure is shopping on the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have an SSL certificate by Comodo that protects customer transactions by using an encrypted connection. If you hover your mouse over the lock on the web browser name, you can click and view our certificate.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email generated from the website. Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry will also send you a personal email confirming they received your order and let you know if the item is in stock and when you should expect the item. 

Do you offer payment plans?

YES! I understand that money doesn’t grow on trees. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase my jewelry. If you would like to set up a payment plan, just ask. I will send you a PayPal invoice for the jewelry item allowing for partial payment of any amount. Once the invoice is ‘Paid in Full’, the jewelry item will be shipped. No refund is given for payment plans.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All Pennsylvania customers are subject to PA state and county sales tax. Additionally, sales tax laws have recently changed, requiring us to collect and remit sales tax in certain other states. If sales tax is required, our website provider automatically calculates the amount we need to remit and adds the tax to your checkout total.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Due to the individualized nature and time commitment devoted to custom handmade jewelry, no refunds are offered. Exchanges are gladly accepted within 10 days, so buy a gift with confidence! Any custom orders and rings made-to-size are FINAL SALE. Customer is responsible for safe and secure shipping back. Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me if you have any questions.

What if my jewelry needs repairing?

Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry prides itself on using high-quality materials, having impeccable craftsmanship, and stands behind the work. I will repair all jewelry at any stage of its lifetime. I want the jewelry to be worn, loved, and last for generations. A fee may be charged, assessed on an individual basis. Contact to discuss your needs.

Can Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry resize its pieces?

Most pieces can be resized within a reasonable range. Resizing ability is dependent on both the design and the adjustment requirements. Resizing is reviewed on an individual basis. All silver based jewelry pieces include one free resizing within the first six months, if needed. The resizing fee is $50 plus return shipping. In the case of a gold ring being sized larger, a quote will be generated for the added gold cost.
