Where do you sell your work?
Other than this site, I sell my work in select galleries and at juried fine craft shows across the country. I also offer private jewelry trunk shows to established customers. Please visit the events link and see when I will be in your area. I would love to meet you!
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
You will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping unless you have specific instructions to rush or overnight the package. Then you will pay the additional delivery cost. I do not ship Internationally at this time.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can pay in the cart with Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Please message first to confirm availability and any customization.
If you prefer, I can send a secure Square invoice, take your card by phone, or accept Zelle, Venmo, or checks. If you’re in Philadelphia, you can pick up your piece at the studio and pay cash. If there’s another app you prefer, tell me and I’ll set it up.
How long will delivery take?
If in stock, jewelry ships the Monday or Tuesday after payment clears.
For made-to-order or customized pieces, email first to confirm production time.
Contact us for rush or overnight shipping; extra fees apply.
How will my purchase be shipped?
Your order ships via FedEx with signature required. You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships. If you prefer a different carrier or have questions, just ask. Jewelry comes in black boxes inside a brown outer box for protection. Packing materials are recycled—either reused packaging or crumpled brown bags. Caring for the environment matters to us.
How secure is shopping on the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our site uses a Comodo SSL certificate to encrypt customer transactions. Click the padlock in your browser to view the certificate.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you order, the website will send an automatic confirmation email. Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry will then email you personally to confirm receipt, tell you if the item is in stock, and give an estimated delivery time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — I know money doesn’t grow on trees. If you’d like a payment plan, just ask. I’ll send a PayPal invoice that accepts partial payments. Your piece ships only after the invoice is paid in full. Payment plans are nonrefundable.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Pennsylvania customers pay state and county sales tax. New rules also require us to collect tax in some other states. If tax applies, our website automatically calculates and adds it at checkout.
Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Due to the individualized nature and time commitment devoted to custom handmade jewelry, no refunds are offered. Exchanges are gladly accepted within 10 days, so buy a gift with confidence! Any custom orders and rings made-to-size are FINAL SALE. Customer is responsible for safe and secure shipping back. Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. What if my jewelry needs repairing?
Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry prides itself on using high-quality materials, having impeccable craftsmanship, and stands behind the work. I will repair all jewelry at any stage of its lifetime. I want the jewelry to be worn, loved, and last for generations. A fee may be charged, assessed on an individual basis. Contact to discuss your needs.
Can Janine DeCresenzo Jewelry resize its pieces?
Most pieces can be resized within a reasonable range. Resizing ability is dependent on both the design and the adjustment requirements. Resizing is reviewed on an individual basis. All silver based jewelry pieces include one free resizing within the first six months, if needed. The resizing fee is $50 plus return shipping. In the case of a gold ring being sized larger, a quote will be generated for the added gold cost.
