Where do you sell your work?
I sell my work right here online, in select galleries, and at juried fine craft shows across the country. I also offer private jewelry trunk shows to established collectors. Please visit the Events page to see when I will be in your area—I would love to meet you in person!
What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?
I offer a flat shipping rate of $30 for all domestic orders. If you have specific instructions or need your piece expedited via rush or overnight delivery, please contact me and I will provide the additional delivery cost. At this time, I do not ship internationally.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay directly in your cart using Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
If you prefer an alternative, I am highly flexible! I can send a secure Square invoice, take your card by phone, accept Zelle, Venmo, or personal checks. If you are local to Philadelphia, you are welcome to pick up your piece at the studio and pay in cash. Just message me to confirm availability and set up your preferred payment method.
How long will delivery take?
If a piece is in stock, it will ship the Monday or Tuesday after your payment clears. For made-to-order or customized pieces, please email me prior to purchasing so I can confirm my current production time.
How will my purchase be shipped?
Your order will ship securely via FedEx 2-Day delivery, and a signature is required upon arrival. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
For protection, your jewelry arrives in a beautiful black jewelry box enclosed within a sturdy brown outer box. Caring for the environment is important to my studio, so all packing materials are recycled—either repurposed packaging or crumpled brown paper.
How secure is shopping on the online shop? Is my data protected?
Absolutely. Our site uses a Comodo SSL certificate to fully encrypt and protect all customer transactions. You can click the padlock icon in your browser to view the security certificate.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you place an order, the website will send an automatic confirmation email. Following that, I will personally email you to confirm receipt, verify stock, and provide you with an estimated delivery timeline.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I believe handmade art should be accessible, which is why I am happy to offer flexible payment plans. Simply reach out, and I will send a PayPal invoice that accepts partial payments over time. Your piece will ship securely as soon as the invoice is paid in full. Please note that payment plans are non-refundable.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Pennsylvania customers will be charged state and county sales tax. Evolving tax laws also require us to collect tax in certain other states. If applicable, the website will automatically calculate and add the required tax at checkout.
Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Due to the individualized nature and time commitment devoted to handmade jewelry, no refunds are offered. However, exchanges are gladly accepted within 10 days of receipt, so you can purchase a gift with confidence!
Please note that all custom orders and made-to-size rings are FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for safe and secure return shipping, and the studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
What if my jewelry needs repairing?
I take immense pride in my craftsmanship, use only high-quality materials, and stand fully behind my work. I want your jewelry to be worn, loved, and passed down for generations. I will repair all jewelry at any stage of its lifetime. A repair fee may apply and is assessed on an individual basis. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
Can you resize pieces?
Most pieces can be resized within a reasonable range, depending on the specific design and adjustment requirements. Resizing is reviewed on an individual basis.
All silver-based jewelry includes one free resizing within the first six months of purchase. Otherwise, the standard resizing fee is $50 plus return shipping. For gold rings that require sizing up, a custom quote will be generated to account for the cost of the additional gold.
