Coral Hinged Wrist Units

Classic Hinged Wrist Units with a bit of vintage coral to add a touch of organic in this architectural design. Who doesn’t love the mystery of a hidden clasp? After much trial and error, this special hidden clasp was created. It is an innovative, hand crafted, precision clasp that is just as fun to use as it is to look at! The simple design is secure and seamless, elevating this bracelet to a work of art!

Design:

This bracelet is made from sterling silver with yellow gold accents.

The metalwork on this bracelet has hollow form sterling silver elements. This allows it to be lighter weight. 18k gold pieces are soldered onto the silver forms to compliment and enhance the shapes.

Hinges are one of my favorite design elements. They allow for comfort and movement while keeping the bracelet structured.

I work with vintage coral collected years ago, giving it a new life. The coral is hand cut with traditional lapidary equipment.

The coral is bezel set. My custom bezels are handmade specifically for each individual stone. The key features of my bezels are the hand cut notches that are placed asymmetrically into the bezel as an added signature detail. The stone is completely surrounded on all sides by metal. It’s the most secure and stable setting, great for everyday wear.
